These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vox (getvox.io and the Vox Telegram bot), operated by QuantForge ("we", "us").

The Service

Vox provides daily language learning lessons delivered via Telegram and email. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your Stripe billing portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We may change prices with 30 days notice via email

Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, email hello@getvox.io for a full refund. No questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: share your account, use bots to interact with the service, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI, or use the service for any illegal purpose.

Intellectual Property

All lesson content, curricula, and design are owned by QuantForge. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for learning purposes.

Entertainment & Educational Disclaimer

Vox is an educational tool for language learning. We do not guarantee fluency, employment outcomes, or any specific results. Language learning outcomes depend on individual effort and consistency.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall QuantForge, its operators, affiliates, or content providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
